Telephone, Messages and Wake Up calls

Direct dial, local and international destinations can be called via your room. Please note that a deposit is required to have access to an outside line.

All in-house phones have message bank capabilities. Messages can also be lodged with reception.  Wake up calls can be organised via reception.

Baggage Storage  

We have a baggage storage service; please contact the reception for assistance.  Note that a fee may be applicable for excessive storage.

Car Parking  

We have a Free secure parking for all in house guests. Please remove all valuables upon arrival at the Hotel.

Dry Cleaning Services and Guest Laundry

The hotel offers same day return, dry-cleaning service. To ensure same day return you must bag, label (see directions on the bag) and place your laundry with the reception staff by 9.00am and your laundry will be returned late in the afternoon. The laundry bags can be found in your wardrobe. A fee shall be determined by your volume.

Kiosk

On the ground floor is a kiosk open Monday to Saturday.

Room Service

Room Service Food and Beverages are available but for a Limited Hours.

Safe Deposit Boxes

Safe deposit boxes are available complimentary via reception.  They are subject to availability.

Tourist Information

Maps and details of transport (public and private) plus tour / tourist information can be obtained at the reception desk from our friendly and knowledgeable staff.

 Internet Access

The Foyer, Rooms and have wireless access. Please see reception for the login and password.
